The Partner Company
The partner company is a separate, independently owned business. It decides how the job is done, quotes you in writing, carries out the work and is responsible for its quality. Its staff are not our staff, and its vehicles and equipment are not ours. Any contract for plumbing or heating work is between you and the partner company, not with us.
Quotes, Prices and Payment
Prices on this site are published London or UK ranges taken from public guides. They are not offers or quotes, and the partner company is not bound by them. The only price that counts is the written quote you receive before work starts. The partner company invoices you and takes payment directly, and we handle no payments or invoices. Please agree the quote before work begins, and check the invoice against it.
If Something Goes Wrong
Tell the partner company first, since it carried out the work. If that does not settle it, ring 07782 232151 and we will chase the matter with the partner for you. Keep your written quote, any texts and photographs. We cannot guarantee an outcome, but we will not ignore the call.
What We Do Not Promise
We do not promise a price or an arrival time on the phone, because both depend on the partner company and on what it finds. If we cannot take a job, we say so on the call and pass you to one of our partner plumbing companies who can come out. In that case the partner quotes, invoices and takes payment directly.
Our Responsibility
We are responsible for the booking service we provide, including answering the line, making the match, sending the text and following up. We are not responsible for the way a partner company carries out the work. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
